Step Three: Short Post And Photo
To Get Your Website Set Up Send Me A Short Bio for a Post and a photo of yourself
Also for the header of your site a photo..of yourself, a company logo etc. and a short quote about what the site is about…
Example
(your name) is a (your profession) having worked in the industry for x years. She/he has a passion to ……. You should also grab her/his free report
on……(offer a free gift.)
This can be changed…just need some text for setup purposes
Step four: Optional Capture Form
This is optional
Obviously for your website you may be wanting to capture peoples information…
I can set up a simple capture form…
To do this you need Aweber
Once the person submits their information Aweber builds your list of contacts…
you can then also set up some emails to be send out to your leads and potential clients…

Your site will have a contact form setup and you can set up a autoresponder in the future if you like..
Step five: Select Your Theme
You will need to select a theme for me to set up
These are the ones I am familiar with and there are some excellent themes to choose from…select from these sites and note the name of the theme to send to me

Paid Themes [Paid versus Free - search engines often prefer the paid themes so this can help your visibility however many top blogs have also used the free themes so it is your choice]
However many of the top networkers also use the free flexibility theme which I also highly recommend Flexibility Theme
For the top theme recommended by many of the internet gurus and which is liked by the search engines is the Flex Theme.
Step Six: Information To Email To Me
Please email me at support@workwithellen the following information
1. DOMAIN Your domain name which has been changed with your hosting nameserver (see information on how to do this in the domain post)
2. BIO AND IMAGES Your short bio and photo of you and photos you want on the blog attached
3. HOSTING DETAILS Your email which you received from hostgator with your hosting details on…obviously this is kept confidential but you can change the password after if you like.
4. AWEBER Your aweber username and password if you want a capture form set up to collect a list…otherwise their is a contact form on the blog and you can set this up yourself later.
5. THEME Your theme choice to use
6. For SEO optimization sign up for a yahoo account and send me your id so I can put it in the xml sitemap
7. SOCIAL BOOKMARKING I also set up social bookmarking for your site- if you want this to share your content and help increase your website rankings please sign up for onlywire.com and register as many sites as you can. Then you will only need to send me your Onlywire details.
8. BANNER CODES: Please send me the code for the banners you want on your site. Only if you want banners on your site.
9 SOCIAL SHARING: Your twitter and facebook urls for social sharing of your website
Posting Content And Managing Your Site

Once you have your site you will need to manage it…there is lots of information on the net for you to access.
However here is a quick overview
To login to your dashboard you need to go to
www.(your domain name).com/wp-admin
Login with your username and password that was setup
To post content click on posts
To put up new pages which is the bars at the top of your blog clicks on pages
